Things you need
- Tulle 1 yard
- Scissors
- Paper Clips 2
- Paper pin 1
- Thread and needle
How to make
1.Fold the fabric in mutiple folds and draw a circle of diameter of two inches using a stencil.Now cut the drawn circle.You will get many small fabric circles.
2. Now take each circle and fold it into half and then again half.
Now you will get this triangle shape.
3, Now stitch these triangles using needle.
4. Stitch the triangles altogether until you get your desired puffiness.
5. Now at the end secure the triangles to gather by making a knot.The tulle flower is ready.Now attach the paper clip at the bottom of the flower with glue gun.
6.Your cute tulle shoe clip is ready. You can use these clips on any of your desired shoes and you are ready to rock..
